By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms, which create a binding agreement between you and ALVENTO México. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.

1. Acceptance

Use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. You confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before providing personal data or registering for any course. Minors who obtain parental consent accept responsibility for ensuring that their guardian understands these terms.

2. Service description

ALVENTO México provides educational content, budget templates, local cost analyses, case studies, and an online course titled "Alvento: hábitos simples para organizar tus gastos". Content is intended for general educational purposes and does not constitute personalized financial advice. Scope of services includes publications, downloadable templates, email communications for course registrants, and access to course materials for enrolled participants. The site does not manage client funds, offer investment products, or deliver individualized wealth management services.

3. User obligations

Users must use the site lawfully and in good faith. Prohibited actions include scraping site content, attempting to reverse engineer site systems, impersonating others, submitting malicious files or code, and uploading content that infringes third-party rights. Each user is limited to one account where account functionality exists. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify ALVENTO México promptly.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, templates, graphics, images, logos, and code, is owned by ALVENTO México or used under license. Trademarks and service marks are the property of ALVENTO México. 5. Prohibited activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited: spamming site forms or contact channels, attempting to hack or breach site security, committing fraud, distributing illegal content, violating intellectual property rights of third parties, using data collected from the site to create competing services, and any activity that interferes with site operation. ALVENTO México reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users engaging in prohibited conduct.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Services and content are provided "as is" and "as available". ALVENTO México makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of content for any particular purpose. While reasonable efforts are made to keep information up to date, errors and omissions can occur. ALVENTO México does not guarantee uninterrupted access, and does not warrant that the site is free from bugs or security vulnerabilities.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALVENTO México will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Direct liability is limited to the lesser of amounts actually paid by you to ALVENTO México in the 12 months prior to a claim, or 100 EUR. This limitation applies to all causes of action whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALVENTO México, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, violation of applicable law, or misuse of the site.

9. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. ALVENTO México does not control external content and is not responsible for the practices, accuracy, or policies of linked sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. Privacy

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference and explains how personal data is collected, processed, and protected. Relevant contact information and policy details are available at /privacy/. Course registration and contact forms include a clear link to the privacy policy adjacent to each submission button.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco for resolution of disputes, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

12. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, you and ALVENTO México agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting the other party in writing. A 30-day period for informal resolution begins when a written notice is sent to the legal contact below. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies in the courts specified in the governing law clause.

13. Termination

ALVENTO México may suspend or terminate accounts or access at its discretion if a user violates these terms or if continued access creates legal risk for the project. Termination may occur with or without notice. Surviving provisions include intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law clauses, which remain in force after termination.

14. Modifications

ALVENTO México may update these terms. Changes will take effect 14 days after posting on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes materially affect user rights or obligations, a notification banner will appear on the homepage at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
